Passengers are informed that due to the climate contingencies that could be generated by the passage of Hurricane Maria through Punta Cana, Aerolíneas Argentinas is forced to bring its Thursday, September 21 flights forward as follows:
• The September 21 AR1324 (Buenos Aires-Punta Cana) flight will operate on September 19 at 10:00 PM with the number AR1326
• The September 21 AR1325 (Punta Cana-Buenos Aires) flight will operate on September 20 at 07:00 AM with the number AR1327
A special policy has been enabled for passengers who wish to change their flights:
Passengers flying:
• The AR1324 September 21 flight and AR1325 September 21 flight.
Will be able to:
• Change the flight date keeping the route and cabin without penalty or fare difference or issuance fee to fly until November 30, 2017.
For flights after November 30, 2017, a fare difference and penalty will be applied according to fare conditions. No issuance fee applies.
• Leave the ticket open for one year from the original issuance date. (For flights after November 30, fare difference and penalty will apply)
• Request the refund of the unused flight segment, according to fare conditions.
The refund request must be made through the original issuance channel.
