Aerolíneas Argentinas has scheduled over 650 flights for november

Aerolíneas Argentinas has announced its flight offer for November,which includes more than 650 scheduled flights. This represents a 712% increase in the number of flights as compared with the previous month.

As regards the domestic flights offer, the company has scheduled a total of 571 flights to 22 provinces and 30 destinations, many of which had not been served since COVID-related restrictions were put in place. 

Córdoba (68), Mendoza (54), Neuquén (36), Bariloche (36), Salta (31), Mar del Plata (25), Comodoro Rivadavia (25), Bahía Blanca (23), Trelew (17), Santiago del Estero (17) and San Juan (14) are among the destinations with the most monthly frequencies to and from Ezeiza.

The good news also involves the fact that the company will gradually resume its operation of federal intersegments and corridors. In November, the company will start to operate the Córdoba-Neuquén, Córdoba-Mendoza, Comodoro Rivadavia-Neuquén andMendoza-Neuquén segments.

Additionally, there will be monthly regional flights to Rio de Janeiro (6), São Paulo (24), Santiago de Chile (17), Asunción (8), Montevideo (5) and Santa Cruz de la Sierra (4), as well as monthly international flights to Madrid (6) and Miami (13).

“We will gradually add new frequencies so as to boost connectivity throughout the territory. This is good news. Argentina needs this to get back on its feet, and so does Aerolíneas,” stated Pablo Ceriani.

On October 22, Aerolíneas Argentinas resumed its operation of scheduled domestic flights, and has operated 58 flights so far. This is in addition to special flights to destinations such as São Paulo, Madrid, Miami and Asunción.

Finally, it is worth highlighting that the company operates its flights following strict biosafety protocols at every stage of the trip, which include the mandatory use of a face mask or surgical face mask, temperature measurement to access the passenger hall, and compliance with any required documentation specific to each destination. The company will file a criminal complaint against passengers who try to avoid controls through fraud or disruptive behavior that may endanger the health of other passengers or staff, and such passengers will be banned from flying with Aerolíneas Argentinas.
