The Aerolíneas Group informs that Aerolíneas Argentinas and Austral flights may suffer delays and cancellations due to a mobilization called by the aeronautical unions APTA, APA, UPSA, APLA and UALA.
Passengers from all locations are requested to check their flight's status in the company's website before showing up in airports.
Due to this event, the following policy will apply:
• Tickets can be rescheduled without any penalty, fare differences or charge of issuance for flights before September 30th. Flight must be booked in the same cabin.
• Customers may cancel their reservation and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original ticket issuance.
