Your loyalty is very important to us
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of your plans had to be canceled or rescheduled, which is why Aerolíneas Plus has decided to extend the expiration date of earned miles and membership categories.
Expiration of Miles*
We want you to enjoy your miles, so miles will not expire unti December 31, 2021.
As from December 31, 2021, there will be no further extensions of expiration dates. This means that all miles expiring as from 2022 will inevitably expire at the end of the month, according to the relevant expiration date.
The date of expiration of Elite categories has been extended until December 31, 2022.
The new date will appear in your Plus Account, in the original month of expiration of your category.

(*) LMiles earned expire when no flight activity has occurred in the account within 3 years as from the last time miles were earned for flights taken or tickets issued in exchange for miles.
Flight activity” means both a ticket issued in exchange for miles and the earning of miles for tickets purchased at valid fares.
Upon the expiration of said term without any flight activity, the account balance shall automatically revert to zero.
The extension of the date of expiration of miles applies to all accounts with original expiration dates from March 31, 2020 up to and including December 31, 2021. All accounts with expiration date as from January 31, 2022 remain unchanged.
The extension of the date of expiration of Elite categories applies to all accounts with original expiration date from March 31, 2020 up to and including November 30, 2022. Members who have reached or renewed their category pursuant to the conditions of the Program will maintain the applicable validity.
All categories with expiration date as from January 31, 2023 remain unchanged.
