IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the newly implemented restrictions imposed by the national authorities for the next few days, Aerolíneas Argentinas has decided to broaden its commercial policy related to changes.

     • Passengers traveling between May 21 and Jun 11, 2021 to/from any destinations who have already made the change available to them free of charge due to our COVID-19 policy may make another change free of charge under the same conditions (for a flight in the same season as the original ticket and returning before December 15, 2021). IMPORTANT

If you have confirmed a flight but know that you won’t make it, it is essential that you do the following:

A) If you purchased your ticket at a Travel Agency, you must contact said agency to learn about how to proceed.

B) If you purchased your ticket from Aerolíneas Argentinas and:

     • You still haven’t defined a new date and want to leave your ticket open to decide the date later on, please fill out this form.

     • If you have already defined a new date and such date takes place within the next 30 days, please fill out this form.

     • If you have already defined a new date and such date takes place after the next 30 days, please contact us at our Whatsapp number, selecting option 3 and then option 1.
