IN-FLIGHT HEALTH PROTOCOLS

 

FLIGHTS

• It is compulsory both for passengers and for our crew members to wear a surgical mask or a face mask at all times.

• If you have a medical condition or disability that prevents you from putting your face mask on and off easily, contact us at producto@aerolineas.com.ar, at least 72 hours before your flight.

• Limit your movement while onboard the aircraft. If you need to go to the lavatory, check that the status indicator is green before getting up from your seat, and avoid queuing.

• Our crew will provide you with any health forms that may be requested by the health authorities of the country of destination.

ON-BOARD SERVICES

Due to the sanitary measures applied within the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the on-board food and drink service is limited according to flight duration and destination. 

Domestic flights
We only offer mineral water upon request.

Regional flights

Premium Economy class: we offer a cold menu, with soft drinks, mineral water, and hot drinks.

Economy class: we offer industrialized products in individual packages and mineral water.

Flights to Lima
Premium Economy class: we offer a hot snack in a tray. Besides, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, and hot drinks are also available.

Economy class: we offer a cold snack made up of fresh products, with soft drinks and mineral water.

Flights to Bogotá

Business class: we offer a hot menu in a tray, with soft drinks, beer, a variety of wines, mineral water, and hot drinks.

Economy class: we offer a cold menu in a tray, made up of fresh products, with soft drinks and mineral water.

International flights
Business class: we offer a hot menu in a tray, according to the schedule of your flight, with soft drinks, a variety of wines, beer, mineral water, and hot drinks.

Economy class: we offer lunch/dinner with a hot option in a tray and cold breakfast. Besides, mineral water and soft drinks are also available.

Special meals

Special meals must be requested at least 24 hours before the departure of your flight. Bear in mind that, pursuant to the sanitary measures applied within the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, this service is limited. The following special menus are available:

- Regional flights:

Gluten-free menu

- International flights:

• Kids’ menu

• Kosher menu

• Menu for passengers with diabetes

• Low-fat and low-cholesterol menu

• Low-sodium menu

• Gluten-free menu

• Lacto-ovo-vegetarian menu

• Lactose-free vegetarian menu

 

- Blankets and pillows: this service is available in Business class in international flights.This service is temporarily unavailable in the rest of the flights. We suggest that you bring a coat with you in your carry-on bag.

- Disposable earphones: they will be provided upon request in international flights.

- Reading material and bassinets: this service is temporarily unavailable.

DISEMBARKING

• You may leave your seat when the cabin crew so indicates and when the front row is cleared. Keep the recommended physical distancing at all times.
• Remember that for international flights you will have to fill in, sign and submit the form requested by the health authorities.
