Pre-flight health protocols

Our protocols comply with the recommendations of the IATA (International Air Transport Association), the ACI (Airports Council International), the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Argentine Ministry of Health. These protocols have also been implemented by our SkyTeam Alliance partners.

At the airport

  • Check that you have the necessary valid documentation and that you comply with any additional requirements (medical insurance, PCR tests, etc.) demanded by the authorities of the country of destination.
  • Observe the time of arrival at the airport applicable to your destination and to the departure airport.

Domestic Flights:
Departing from Ezeiza (Terminal C): 3 hours before the departure of the flight.
Departing from Aeroparque (desks 46 to 65): 2 hours in advance.
Departing from airports in other provinces: 2 hours in advance.

Regional/International Flights:
Departing from Buenos Aires: 4 hours in advance.
Departing from airports in other countries: 3 hours in advance.

Passengers must complete check-in one hour before the departure of their flight. Should they show up after that time, they will not be allowed to board.

  • It is compulsory to wear a surgical mask or a face mask (covering your nose, mouth and chin) at all times. Passengers must carry spare surgical masks or face masks since they should be replaced if wet or visibly dirty.
  • If you have a medical condition or disability that prevents you from putting your face mask on and off easily, contact us at producto@aerolineas.com.ar, at least 72 hours before your flight.

Assistance

  • If you need any kind of assistance, such as a wheelchair, remember to book the service at least 48 business hours before the departure of your flight.

Check In

  • Check in online for those flights in which this option is available.
  • The check-in staff will only ask you to hand over your documentation if necessary.
  • We suggest that you only travel with a personal item on board, a backpack or a carry-on bag which you may place under the seat in front of you.
  • Remember that you can have an alcohol-based hand sanitizer of up to 100 ml in your carry-on bag, which will be the only sanitizer allowed to be used on board.

The following items are totally forbidden:

  • Ethyl alcohol or other sanitizers in liquid form in bottles or sprays, regardless of their alcohol percentage, whether commercially produced or home-made.
  • Cleaning products in different forms, such as degreasers, bleach and disinfectants, as well as all types of sponges, including wire and metal sponges.

Boarding

Follow the instructions of the boarding staff.

  • Once your identity has been validated, we will ask you to scan your boarding pass in the corresponding scanner.
  • Passengers will board the aircraft in small groups and in an orderly manner. Passengers traveling in Business class or Premium Economy class will be the last to board.

VIP Lounges

  • We hope to see you in the Cóndor Lounge, at Terminal C of the Ezeiza Airport. Our staff will provide you customized assistance at the food and drinks area. Besides, we have reinforced our hygiene and cleaning measures.
