Types of changes that you can now make on our website:

Changes of tickets issued in USA.
Voluntary date changes: The change shall always be for a fare that is equal to or higher than the original fare.
Involuntary changes. If your flight has been rescheduled in more than 4 hours, you may, at no cost, book another flight scheduled up to 15 days before or after your original flight. The change shall be made at no cost provided you choose the same cabin, brand fare, and stay of the original ticket and provided there is availability in the new flight of your choice.

Consider the following:

If the ticket was purchased in a Travel Agency, please contact them to make any arrangements.
Any changes you make to your booking will apply to all passengers under your booking.
The new ticket, product of the exchange you made, will ALWAYS maintain the same fare family as the original (with the same conditions for exchange, refund and baggage allowance) REGARDLESS of the type of fare you select at the time of making the exchange.
If you had requested special services (special meals, wheelchairs, etc.) for your trip, after changing your ticket, it is necessary that you contact us, so that this service is transferred to your new flight.

Types of changes that you WILL NOT be able to make on your own:

Changes in open tickets (Tickets that are not related to any active booking).
Change of tickets with past dates.
Date changes: When the change is for a ticket with a fare that is lower than the originally paid fare.
Route changes.
Voluntary changes for tickets purchased with AR Plus miles.
Changes in group tickets.
Involuntary changes for tickets in flights operated by other airlines.
