IN-FLIGHT HEALTH PROTOCOLS

 

FLIGHTS

• It is compulsory both for passengers and for our crew members to wear a surgical mask or a face mask at all times.

• Limit your circulation around the aircraft as much as possible. If you need to go to the lavatory, check that the status indicator is green before getting up from your seat, and avoid queuing.

• Our crew will provide you with the health forms that may be requested by the health authority of the country of destination.

ON-BOARD FOOD AND DRINK SERVICES

Due to the sanitary measures applied within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, this service is limited according to flight duration and destination. If you receive a contingency menu, we will ask you to place all disposable materials in the bag provided for such purposes in order to reduce passenger interaction with the crew.

• Domestic flights
Premium Economy class: we offer a cold menu in a tray, with soft drinks and mineral water.
Economy class: for flights exceeding 2 hours and 30 minutes, we offer industrialized goods in individual bags and mineral water.

• Regional flights
Premium Economy class: we offer a cold menu in a tray, with soft drinks and mineral water.
Economy class: we offer industrialized goods in individual bags and mineral water.

• Flights to Lima
Premium Economy class: we offer a hot snack in a tray. Besides, soft drinks, beer and mineral water are also available.
Economy class: we offer a cold snack in a tray, with soft drinks and mineral water.


• Flights to Bogotá
Business class: we offer a cold contingency menu in a tray, with soft drinks, beer and mineral water.
Economy class: we offer a contingency menu made up of fresh products (sandwiches and baked products), sweet and salty snacks, mineral water and orange juice in individual bags.


• International flights
Business class: we offer a hot menu in a tray, with soft drinks, a variety of wines, beer and mineral water.
Economy class: we offer cold breakfast and lunch/dinner with a hot option in a tray. Besides, mineral water and soft drinks are also available.

• Special meals

Special meals must be requested at least 24 hours before the departure of your flight. Bear in mind that, pursuant to the sanitary measures applied within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, this service is limited. The following special menus are available:

·       Blankets and pillows: this service is temporarily unavailable. We suggest that you bring a coat with you in your carry-on bag.

·       Reading material and bassinets: this service is temporarily unavailable.

Disposable earphones: they will be provided upon request in international flights.      

DISEMBARKING

• You may leave your seat when the cabin crew so indicates and when the front row is cleared. Keep the recommended physical distancing at all times.
• Remember that for international flights you will have to fill in, sign and submit the form requested by the health authorities.
