Important information about our flights to Cancun, Punta Cana, Rio de Janeiro and Santa Cruz de la Sierra

April 30, 2021 – Aerolíneas Argentinas informs that, due to the current restrictions caused by the global pandemic, the health situation in Argentina and in some international destinations, and with the purpose of adjusting the flight offer to such context, the company has made changes in its regional / international schedule.

Therefore, the company will suspend all of its flights to Punta Cana and Cancun from May 16 up to and including August 31, and the passengers who have already started their trips may return in the flights of the company until May 15.
In the same vein, the flights during May and June to Rio de Janeiro and Santa Cruz de la Sierra will be suspended. In the first case, Aerolíneas will maintain connectivity with Brazil from São Paulo, by operating special flights for the Argentine citizens who must return to our country. Besides, passengers travelling to/from Bolivia will be relocated in other flights operated in said neighboring country.
The company will inform the passengers of flights that will not be operated via email and will apply the current commercial policy to the new bookings made, allowing passengers to change their tickets free of charge until December 15, 2021.

It is worth highlighting that the passengers who bought their flight ticket at a travel agency or through other indirect channels must exchange the ticket at said travel agency or through the same channel they used to purchase the ticket.
