Important notice: sale of tickets to international destinations issued on August 14 and 15, 2023

Customers are hereby notified that, pursuant to General Resolution (GR) No. 5403/23 issued by the Argentine Internal Revenue Service (AFIP) and published on the Official Gazette on Monday, August 14, 2023, the Personal Property Tax (S5) rate established in GR No. 4815/2020 was changed from 25% to 5%.

Due to operational reasons and the short notice of the announcement, this change was reflected in our systems on August 16 at 12:00 a.m. Therefore, if you purchased a ticket for a regional and/or international flight between 6:00 p.m. on August 14, 2023, and 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2023 and the 25% tax rate was applied to the ticket, you may request the refund of the tax rate difference (20%) in the following ways:

• For tickets directly sold to the passenger Customer Service Center 
• For tickets issued through travel agencies: request the refund from the issuing agency.
