Nuestros Aliados
Our Allies
In order to offer you a wider range of destinations, Aerolíneas Argentinas has signed codeshare agreements and interline agreements with other airlines.
These agreements allow issuing Aerolineas Argentinas flights on a single ticket combined with flights from other allied airlines, so it is important that before traveling you take into account the conditions of each flight’s operator, especially those related to: check-in, baggage allowance, passengers with special needs, sports equipment, among others.
Interline Agreements
Interline agreements allow issuing flights operated by other airlines on a same ticket, maintaining the code of the latter airlines.
Example of flight operated by an airline with Interline Agreement:
Codeshare Agreements
Codeshare agreements allow to market a flight operated by another airline using the code and flight number of the marketing airline (AR).
These agreements aim to share the sale of seats on certain flights, one of the airlines being the route operating airline and the other the marketing airline.
Thanks to these agreements, you can fly to 45 destinations in addition to those operated by Aerolineas Argentinas, doing only one check-in, checking baggage through to final destination.

Allied Airlines Baggage Policy
When traveling on an Aerolineas Argentinas ticket that includes a flight from another company it is important that you take into account each airline’s baggage policies.
As a general rule and in accordance with IATA regulations, when there is a ticket that includes flights operated by two or more airlines, the MSC (Most Significant Carrier) policy indicating that the baggage policy of the most important company prevails, must be respected.
To determine which company is the most important, it is necessary to consider which is the one that first flies the longest segment. For this, you will find on your ticket the company that makes the crossing of the continent first. If the above does not happen, the baggage policy of the airline that makes the first crossing of subareas must be applied.
If the above condition is not met, the policy of the airline that makes the first crossing of subzones will be respected. Finally, if the above does not happen, the baggage policy of the company that makes the first international flight must be respected.
