Passengers traveling from/to China/Italy:
Changes in Dates or Routes – Applicable to the following passengers:
a) Passengers flying from/to China before May 31, 2020.
b) Passengers flying from/to Italy before March 31, 2020.
c) Passengers who have been in China during the last 15 days and who are therefore not allowed to enter the United States (US), New Zealand (NZ), Australia (AU), Tahiti (PF) and Paraguay (PY).
Changes in paid tickets and in tickets purchased by Aerolíneas Plus* passengers will be authorized only once, whether such tickets were purchased through direct channels or at a travel agency:
1. Changes in dates or routes: for tickets for flights departing before November 30, 2020, changes will not be subject to any penalties. Passengers may have to pay any applicable fare differences.
2. Ticket refund: refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the fare purchased.
(*)With respect to tickets issued in exchange for AR Plus promotion “Miles + Cash” they can only be refunded.

Passengers flying from/to China before May 31, 2020:
If you have not purchased all your segments from Aerolíneas Argentinas and the company is unable to view your ticket in its system, you will have to submit a copy of your ticket showing China as final destination.
Passengers flying from/to Italy before March 31, 2020:
If you have not purchased all your segments from Aerolíneas Argentinas and the company is unable to view your ticket in its system, you will have to submit a copy of your ticket showing Italy as final destination.
Passengers who are not allowed to enter the United States (US), New Zealand (NZ), Australia (AU), Tahiti (PF) and Paraguay (PY) because they were in China 15 days before their planned departure to the abovementioned countries:
You will have to submit a copy of your passport showing that you have entered China and you are therefore not allowed to fly to such countries.
