Aerolíneas Argentinas Announces its New Flight Schedule with 40 New Frequencies and 3 New Routes

27/02/2020

Today, Aerolíneas Argentinas announced its new domestic flight schedule with 40 new frequencies and 3 new routes, expanding its seat offer by 5%.

The announcement was made at Casa Rosada, and the President of Aerolíneas Argentinas, Pablo Ceriani, and the Minister of Transport, Mario Meoni, took part in the event.

The new flight network is based on boosting connectivity within Argentina, focusing on federalism and on creating tourism circuits that also promote the growth of receptive tourism.

“This new schedule bets on federal connectivity as a tool for the development of regional economies and the growth of domestic and receptive tourism. Aerolíneas Argentinas is the cornerstone needed to carry out the changes that our country needs,” explained Pablo Ceriani, President of Aerolíneas Argentinas.

“Generating economic activities throughout the country always brings about key earnings, since ultimately, Aerolíneas Argentinas’ resources are the Government’s resources,” said Mario Meoni.

In the same vein, Meoni stated that “we are not only analyzing the point of view of Aerolíneas Argentinas from the profit and loss perspective, but also from the perspective of generating meaningful economic activities, which is what Pablo Ceriani is clearly doing with his leadership of the company.”
