28/02/2018

As from March 5, it will offer 4 weekly frequencies connecting said destinations.

Buenos Aires, Wednesday, February 28, 2018.- Aerolíneas Argentinas announces that it will resume flights between the airport “Comandante Espora” of the city of Bahía Blanca and the airport “Presidente Juan Domingo Perón” of the city of Neuquén.

The operation of these flights, with an estimated flight duration of 1 hour and 10 minutes, will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and departures are scheduled from Bahía Blanca at 12:45 PM.

Return flights from Neuquén are scheduled at 3:05 PM on the days already mentioned. All flight segments will be operated on Embraer-190 aircraft, with a seat capacity of 96 passengers per flight.

Máximo Amadeo, Commercial Director of Aerolíneas Group highlighted that “One of the pillars of our administration is to connect Argentine people in a federal manner. We hope that resuming these direct flights between two cities that are fundamental for the economic development of our country results in a competitive advantage for our company and higher load factor.”

It is worth mentioning that this route had already been operated from September to December 2017, with the same number of weekly frequencies. During peak winter and summer seasons, the operation of such route was suspended in order to connect Bahía Blanca with San Carlos de Bariloche.

The 2018 flight schedule was announced in an official act in Bahía Blanca, where government authorities, representatives of the company and tour operators of the city were present.
