January 26, 2021 – Aerolíneas Argentinas has confirmed the departure of its flight AR1062 to the City of Moscow, which will bring to our country

a new batch of Sputnik V vaccines. The President of Aerolíneas Argentinas, Pablo Ceriani, announced the following via Twitter:

We would like to inform that the third @Aerolineas_AR flight to the City of Moscow departs today at 9 p.m. to bring to our country a new batch of

Sputnik V vaccines. This demands an important logistics effort which entails coordination among the different people involved in both countries.

During the last few days, we have been working arduously to carry out this important operation. Flight AR1062 will depart from Ezeiza International

Airport, and the whole operation will last 40 hours.

We will continue working with the same energy and dedication so as to bring to the country as many vaccines as possible. This is a coordinated

effort among different areas of the government which is vital to put an end to the pandemic.

The third flight will depart today at 9 p.m. and will arrive at Ezeiza International Airport next Thursday at noon.

It is worth highlighting that Aerolíneas Argentinas has already operated two flights to the City of Moscow to bring to our country the

Sputnik V vaccine.
