Appointment of new authorities of Aerolíneas Argentinas

The Meeting of Shareholders of the Aerolíneas Group has appointed new company authorities. Mr. Pablo Ceriani will be the new president of the publicly owned airline. In the same act, the Meeting accepted the resignation of the departing members. The meetings of shareholders of Aerolíneas Argentinas and Austral Líneas Aéreas were held at noon today at the company’s principal place of business in Aeroparque. Mr. Ceriani was elected President of the Board of Directors of both companies. The Meeting also accepted the resignation of engineer Mr. Luis Malvido, who had been the president of both companies until today.
