Below please find all you need to know to travel in our international flights:
• When to Show at the Airport
Flights from BUENOS AIRES:
-You must show up at the airport 4 hours before the departure of your flight.
-EZEIZA: Terminal C
-AEROPARQUE: Terminal A – Counters 46 to 65
Flights to BUENOS AIRES:
-You must show up at the airport 3 hours before the departure of your flight.
IMPORTANT:
-Passengers with symptoms of COVID-19 and/or with a positive PCR test result obtained 10 days before the date of the flight will be unable to fly.
Passengers who had COVID-19 in the last 90 days before entering the country may board showing a positive PCR test and a physician’s certificate of medical discharge, as long as the positive PCR test was taken at least 10 days before the trip.
-Passengers showing up to board:
- WITH A POSITIVE COVID TEST CERTIFICATE
- WITH FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS
- OR TRYING TO EVADE HEALTH CONTROLS
Will be criminally prosecuted and will be included in our disruptive passengers list, thus prohibiting them from taking any of our flights for a term of 5 years.

Documentation and Requirements
• Due to the constant updates to the entry restrictions imposed by each country, please remember to check here and with the corresponding Embassy or Consulate the documentation needed before traveling. We would like to remind you that having said documentation, following the protocols and meeting the requirements established by government authorities are of the essence to board our flights.
• Important: whenever you travel on an international flight to Argentina you must complete the affidavit (DDJJ) http://ddjj.migraciones.gob.ar/app/ within 48 hours prior to the trip and present at the time of check in, the proof that you will receive in your mail at the end of the declaration.
The requirements demanded by the authorities of each country are detailed below:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO ARGENTINA:
By Administrative Decision 370/22, the requirements to enter the country AS OF APRIL 7, 2022, are reported below:
• Complete the DDJJ http://ddjj.migraciones.gob.ar/app/ within 48 hours before the trip and present the receipt received in the email, at the end of the declaration, at the time of check-in.
• Non-resident foreigners must also have COVID-19 health insurance with coverage for hospitalization services, quarantine, and/or transfers for those who are positive, suspected to be positive, or close contacts that are positive.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO SPAIN:
In order to enter Spain, passengers must:
1- Fill in the information required by the health authorities at https://www.spth.gob.es 48 hours before the departure of the flight. Once you have entered your personal data, you will receive an email with a security code and a link to fill in the FCS form associated with your trip and to obtain a QR code, which you will have to show on your mobile phone (you may not submit it in paper).
2- Submit:
• A vaccination certificate against SARS-CoV-2 with the following information: country where the person was vaccinated and date when they were fully vaccinated. Passengers must have been vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival in Spain, provided that no more than 270 days have passed since they received the last dose of that vaccination schedule. From that moment onwards, the vaccination certificate must evidence the administration of a booster dose. The vaccines must be those authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the World Health Organization (WHO): Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen, Sinopharm and Sinovac-Coronavac. Any combination between these vaccines is accepted. Passengers who have been vaccinated with vaccines that are not authorized by the abovementioned agencies may also enter Spain, provided that the last dose they received is of an authorized vaccine. For example: a passenger who has 1 dose of the Sputnik vaccine and 1 subsequent dose of the Moderna vaccine.

• A certificate stating that they have recovered from COVID-19. Said certificate must include the date of the first positive test, state that the passenger has had the disease and that they currently cannot transmit it, and mention the country where the certificate was issued. Important: Passengers may submit the COVID-19 recovery certificate provided that more than 11 days have passed since the first positive NAAT test was done (e.g., PCR, TMA, LAMP, NEAR, etc.). This certificate shall be valid for 180 days as from that moment.

• A negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 (PCR, TMA, LAMP, NEAR), done within 72 hours before arrival in Spain, or the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT), done within 24 hours before arrival in Spain. Test result certificates may be submitted in Spanish, English, French or German.
The following passengers are exempted from submitting a negative test result/certificate:
• Children under the age of 12.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO THE USA:
To enter the US you must:
1) Prove you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least 14 days before the flight, with vaccines authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The vaccines authorized are Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield, Janssen/J&J, Sinopharm, Sinovac CansinoBIO, Covaxin, Nuvaxovid, Covovax (any combination of 2 doses of the authorized vaccines will also be accepted. E.g., passengers with one Sputnik dose and one AstraZeneca dose will be allowed to enter the country.)
EXCEPTIONS: The following passengers are exempted from the vaccination certificate requirement:
• Children under the age of 18.
• US nationals and residents.
• Other exceptions, SEE HERE
• Holders of diplomatic passports. This exception only applies to diplomatic or official flights of foreign governments.
2) Foreign passengers/non‑US residents must fill in the sworn statement found HERE and, at check-in, show a printed version of such sworn statement.
3) Print the following form, fill it in by hand, and submit it at Ezeiza Airport.
4) At check-in, inform the address of the place where you will be staying (should it be a hotel, the hotel address ‒not its name‒ shall be informed), two telephone numbers and an email by which they may be contacted during their stay in USA.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO BRAZIL:
Any traveler who needs to enter Brazil, before leaving the place of origin of the trip, must:
1. Persons 12 years of age or older must present a COVID vaccination certificate, printed or electronic, whose application of the last dose or single dose has occurred at least fourteen days before the date of departure.
IMPORTANT: Vaccination proofs in which the data is available in QR-CODE format or in any other language than Spanish, English or Portuguese will not be accepted.
They are excepted:
People with a health condition that contraindicates vaccination, as long as it is accredited by a medical report
Those ineligible for vaccination according to age, according to criteria defined by the Ministry of Health III

Brazilians and foreigners residing in Brazilian territory who are not fully vaccinated.
Excepted passengers will be able to board as long as they present a document that certifies the performance of an antigen or RT-PCR laboratory test with a negative or undetectable result for SARS-CoV-2, carried out the day before the time of boarding.
Unvaccinated minors:
• Children under the age of twelve who are traveling accompanied may board as long as all the companions present a vaccination certificate and a document that certifies the performance of an antigen or RT-PCR laboratory test with a negative or undetectable result for SARS-CoV-2. made the day before at boarding time. If this is not the case, the minor must present their proof of negative test.
• Children two years old or older and less than twelve years old, who are not traveling accompanied, must present a test with a negative or undetectable result, RT-PCR test type or antigen test, carried out the day before at boarding time.
• Children under two years of age are exempt from presenting a proof of negative test.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO PERU:
1- Complete the affidavit of health online from Here within 72 hours prior to the flight.
2- Proof of having completed the vaccination guidelines against COVID-19 and in the case of passengers over 18 years of age, they must also prove the third dose.
If you do not have the vaccination certificate, you may present a negative molecular test with a result date of no more than 48 hours before boarding at your point of origin.
Important: The following are exempt from presenting said proof:
• Children under 12 years of age are asymptomatic at the time of the flight.
• Those who have recovered from COVID-19 in the last three months. As an alternative to a test with a negative result, they must present a positive viral test carried out in the last 3 months (Important: at least 10 days must have passed since the positive result to be able to board) and a letter from their care provider doctor or a public health official indicating that they were authorized to travel accompanied by the epidemiological discharge.
3- The use of a KN95 mask or, failing that, a three-fold surgical mask and on top of it a community mask (fabric) is mandatory for entry and stay at the Lima Airport. The use of a face shield is recommended.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO PARAGUAY:
Passengers aged 12 years and above must comply with the following requirements in order to enter Paraguay:
- Submit a COVID-19 vaccination certificate with a fully completed and updated vaccination schedule. (one dose or 2 depending on the type of vaccine).
The certificate may be in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese and must include the following information: first and last name, date of birth, passport or ID number, identification of the vaccine manufacturer, lot number, and date of dose administration. Evidence of vaccination with information stored in a QR-Code or any other codified language will not be accepted.

• Submit a negative test result (RNA detection techniques: RT-PCR/LAMP/NAAT) for COVID-19, obtained within 72 hours before boarding.
or
• Through a positive test (RNA detection techniques: RT-PCR/LAMP/NAAT) or antigen test, prove that they have had COVID-19 between 10 days and 90 days before entering the country.
- Children under the age of 12: no health requirements apply.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO BOLIVIA:
• Submit a vaccination certificate against covid-19 with a complete schedule of two doses or a single dose at least 14 days before the date of admission.
In case of not having said certificate, people over 5 years of age must present a negative RT-PCR test carried out within 72 hours before boarding or a nasal antigen test carried out up to 48 hours before the flight. Children under 5 years of age are exempt from submitting said test.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Passengers with final destination Colombia or in transit to another country must meet the following requirements:
1) Complete the immigration pre-registration called Check Mig, which can be found on the website https://www.migracioncolombia.gov.co. The process can be carried out between 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the departure of the flight.
2) Persons over 18 years of age must demonstrate through a physical or electronic vaccination certificate that they have completed the vaccination schedule against Covid 19 at least 14 days before the flight date.

Submit a PCR test with a negative result, issued no more than 72 hours in advance, or an antigen test with a negative result, issued no more than 48 hours in advance, before the date and time of boarding initially scheduled.
3) Use face masks or masks properly during the trip. The Colombian Ministry of Health recommends the use of N-95 masks/chinstraps for air travel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO MEXICO:
• They must have a return ticket.
• Fill in the migration form to enter Mexico here and show a printed copy upon arrival in Cancun.
• Show a printed copy of the Customs sworn statement that you must fill in at the following link (In the item “Checkpoint”, select the option: AI Cancun Terminal 2) and show the printed voucher upon arrival in Cancun.
• Passengers with connecting flights to other countries must check for visa requirements at the consulate of the destination country and will have to pick up their baggage in Cancun to dispatch it to their final destination.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC:
• All passengers, regardless of their nationality, must complete a form of entry to and/or exit from the Dominican Republic, which may be accessed through this link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/. Said form must be completed before passing through the migration control points.

• Passengers with connecting flights to other countries must check for visa requirements at the consulate of the destination country and will have to pick up their baggage in Cancun to dispatch it to their final destination.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO ITALY:
As of June 1, 2022, Italy eliminates the health requirements for entering the country.
The use of a chinstrap/mask is mandatory on Aerolineas Argentinas flights.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO URUGUAY
ALL PASSENGERS must present to board:
1. Proof of having completed the vaccination against covid19
either
A positive result of Covid19 antigen or Pcr issued at least 10 days and at most 90 days before arrival that demonstrates having had the disease. Important: at least 10 days must have passed since the positive result to be able to board
either
A negative result of PCR/Covid19 Antigen carried out a maximum of 72 hours before the start of the trip.
Exceptions are: Children under 6 years
2. Complete the Health DDJJ here at most 48 hours before boarding.
3. Foreign passengers must have health coverage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO CUBA
To enter Cuba all passengers must:
1- Complete a form to enter Cuba that can be accessed through the following link http://www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/
. Proof of having completed it will be requested by company personnel at the time of check-in and/or boarding.
2- Process the visa / Tourist Card as appropriate at the embassy / consulate or authorized travel agencies.
3- Foreign passengers must have health coverage.
