Individuals under 18 years of age, in addition to the travel document, need to present additional documentation. Please consult the current regulations on the website of the National Directorate of Migrations.

Documentation for international flights

Before traveling and/or purchasing your ticket, we recommend that you verify with the corresponding embassy or consulate the documentation required to make the trip (travel documents, customs, health, among others). You can also consult the website of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from here. It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves about the requirements requested by the different authorities.

Remember that you must present the required documentation at the time of check-in, before boarding, and upon arrival at your destination. Those who do not comply with the regulations established for their trip will not be allowed to board our flights.

Bolivia

Colombia

Passengers traveling to/from Colombia or in transit to another country must comply with the following requirement:

* Complete the migratory pre-registration called Check Mig, which is available on the website https://www.migracioncolombia.gov.co. The process can be completed between 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the flight departure.

Mexico

Passengers traveling to Mexico must comply with the following requirements:

• To have a ticket for departure from the country.

• To present the Customs affidavit. form in paper format. (In the Checkpoint field, select the option: To Cancun Terminal 2) and present the printed voucher upon arrival in Cancun.

• Passengers with connections to other countries should inquire about the necessary visa with the consulate of the country they are heading to and will always need to retrieve their luggage in Cancun before checking it in for their final destination.

Peru

Passengers traveling to Peru must comply with the following requirement:

Dominican Republic

Passengers traveling to/from the Dominican Republic must comply with the following requirement:

• All passengers of any nationality must complete an entry and/or exit form for the Dominican Republic, which can be accessed through the following link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/. The proof of completion will be requested by airline personnel at the time of check-in and/or boarding.
