The above charges are applicable to adult passengers and minors (2 to 11 years old). Infants (0 to 1 year old) must pay for 10% of these charges.

Tickets in Promotional Class or in combination with Promotional Class, cannot be refunded; they may only be changed subject to the payment of a penalty. The applicable charges are detailed in the above chart.

Each segment of the ticket will be governed by the conditions of the chosen class (except for tickets issued prior to August 1, 2023 for which the entire transport document will be governed by the terms of the most restrictive class).

The terms and conditions of the Promotional class will be informed during the booking process. They are also available on our website, under section "Information of Interest" / "Conditions of Aerolíneas Plus Tickets”.

Changes must be requested before the departure of the flight through the Contact Center (via phone, at 0810-222-86527 or via WhatsApp, at +54 9 11 4940-4798), through our website / My Booking, if applicable, or directly at our Aerolíneas Argentinas sales offices.
