Problems with your baggage

Problems with your baggage

We are committed to improving constantly so that your checked baggage arrives to your destination with you. We reach this goal in 99.6 % of cases, but unexpected circumstances may arise. In these cases, we deal with the issue right away, according to the type of inconvenience you may have suffered.

We are sorry to hear that your baggage did not reach your destination with you.

Please head to the airport Baggage Services office in the baggage claim area and take your baggage card, boarding pass and ID with you. We will file your claim and give you a reference number to check the status of your claim. We will start searching for your baggage right away.

You can check the status of your claim online with your name and the reference number given to you at the airport.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR CLAIM

Once we locate your baggage, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery.

If your baggage is still missing after 30 days, please fill out the contact form with the Baggage Claim Centre.

Forgot something onboard?

If you forgot an item onboard the airplane, please contact our Baggage Services staff at the baggage claim area of your destination airport or, in the case of airports inside Argentina, you may also go to the Aviation Safety Police (PSA, for its acronym in Spanish).
Items carried onboard are under the custody of passengers; however, should you forget any items onboard, Aerolíneas Argentinas will use its best efforts to try to recover them.
