Cóndor Lounge Access
Terms and Conditions:
1. Access refers to access to the AerolíneasArgentinas’ Cóndor Lounge located at Terminal C of Ministro Pistarini International Airport in Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires.
2. The service is available when the itinerary includes a regional or international flight departing from Ezeiza, marketed and operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas.
3. Not available in the following cases:
• Flights operated by another airline which is not a member of the SkyTeam alliance
• Flights departing from an airport other than Ministro Pistarini Airport (EZE)
• Domestic flights (flights within Argentina)
• Unaccompanied minors (UMNR)
• Group reservations
• In-transit passengers
• Sublo passengers (subject to seat availability).
4. The service is purchased through the website at aerolineas.com up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
5. All payment methods available at the time of purchase and for the channel through which the purchase is made shall be accepted. The sale of this service shall be included in special offers available for payment with credit/debit card (installments with or without interest, refunds, etc.) when purchased together with the flight ticket.
6. In order to gain access to the Cóndor Lounge, passengers will have to show their Boarding Pass, ID or passport.
7. You may access the Cóndor Lounge up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
8. The service is subject to the availability of the Cóndor Lounge at show-up on the date of flight departure.
9. Changes:
• Access to the Cóndor Lounge is personal and non-transferable.
• It shall be valid for one year (12 months) as from the date of its purchase.
• If you are NOT going to use the access pass to the Cóndor Lounge purchased for your original flight and you still do not wish to associate it to another flight, you must request so before the departure of the flight so that such access pass may remain available during the applicable term of validity. Otherwise, you will not be able to use it again nor request a refund.
• If you wish to use the service for the same booking or another booking already issued, the date of departure of the flight shall have to fallwithin the term of validity. If you cannot use the access pass to the Cóndor Lounge within its term of validity, in compliance with the conditions detailed below, the service will not be refunded.
• In the event of rescheduled or cancelled flights, if passengers have accessed the Cóndor Lounge, they may not use the access pass again. If passengers have not used the access pass, theymay use it for their rescheduled flight.
10. Refunds:
• The service is non-refundable.
• The only exception for which a refund of the access fee shall be available is if the original flight is cancelled (notwithstanding the reason for the cancellation, even if it is due to reasons not attributable to Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A.)
In these cases, the refund of the service must be requested within 12 (twelve) months of the purchase. Upon the expiration of said term, no refund shall be available.
In the event a refund is applicable, and whenever possible, all refunds shall be made to passengers through the same payment method used for the purchase.
11. Passengers do not earn miles under the Aerolíneas Plus Program for the use of this service.
12. Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. reserves the right of admission and stay.
Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. reserves the right to amend the abovementioned conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions must be read together with the Contract of Carriage and our Privacy Policy. Passengers must accept these terms and conditions in order to purchase the access to the Cóndor Lounge in advance.
