Tickets Refund

Remember you can use/refund your ticket within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

To obtain information about fare conditions and in order to cancel your flights, your should contact our local call center.

IMPORTANT: You should fill-in the form corresponding to the same country/area of residence you selected when buying your tickets. This form applies for tickets purchased through aerolineas.com, country Argentina and by credit card.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH PAGO FACIL / PAGO MIS CUENTAS: If your fare allows a refund, it must be requested through the online form created for this purpose. In case of payment through Pago Fácil or Pago Mis Cuentas, the refund will be made in cash. You will receive a voucher number by e-mail; present it at our nearest Sales Office to get the refund. For amounts over ARS 10,000, we will contact you to arrange date and place, so we make sure that our office has the necessary cash.

AEROLINEAS PLUS REWARD TICKETS: Refund of miles and taxes, in case acquired fare allows it, should be requested personall at our local offices. This form is not applicable.
