1. Load your data
Enter your booking code and last name. If your ticket meets the conditions to request an Upgrade, you can continue with your offer in the next step.
2. Make your offer
Decide how much you are willing to pay and type your bid amount.
3. Enter your credit card’s data
If your bid is accepted, the amount will be charged automatically up to 24 hours before the departure of your flight. If it is not accepted, no charge will be made and you’ll keep the seat that had been assigned to you.
4. Check and confirm
Please check that all data is correct and submit your bid. You’ll receive an email to confirm that we’ve received your bid and you’ll be able to modify or cancel it by clicking on the link in the email.
