Types of changes that you can now make on our website:

Changes of tickets issued in Argentina.
Voluntary date changes for paid tickets: The change must always be at a rate equal to or higher than the original.
Voluntary date changes for Aerolíneas Plus tickets: Applies exclusively on domestic flights issued in Economy class (X) as long as there is availability in the same class.
Involuntary changes for paid or Aerolíneas Plus tickets: If your flight was rescheduled by more than 4 hours, you will be able to relocate free of charge on flights scheduled up to 15 days before or after your original flight. The change will be free of charge as long as you respect the same cabin, fare family (brand fare) / class and stay of the original ticket and there is availability on the new chosen flight.

Consider the following:

If the ticket was purchased in a Travel Agency, please contact them to make any arrangements.
Any changes you make to your booking will apply to all passengers under your booking.
The new ticket, product of the exchange you made, will ALWAYS maintain the same fare / class family as the original (with the same conditions for exchange, refund and baggage allowance) REGARDLESS of the type of fare / class you select at the time of making the exchange.
If you had requested special services (special meals, wheelchairs, etc.) for your trip, after changing your ticket, it is necessary that you contact us, so that this service is transferred to your new flight.

Types of changes that you WILL NOT be able to make on your own:

Changes in open tickets (Tickets that are not related to any active booking).
Change of tickets with past dates.
Date changes: When the change is for a ticket with a fare that is lower than the originally paid fare.
Route changes.
Voluntary changes to Aerolíneas Plus tickets issued in Promotional (P), Premium Economy (Z) or Business (O) class.
Changes in group tickets.
Involuntary changes for tickets in flights operated by other airlines.
Changes in tickets with multiple destinations.
Air shuttle
Changes to tickets with check-in completed.
