| Aerolíneas Argentinas presented the first Boeing 737-300 cargo airplane, an aircraft that will facilitate regional economies a direct and safe exit route for their products and that will also increase the cargo capacity of all routes where Aerolíneas Argentinas flew with narrow fuselage airplanes, particularly in European and American markets. |

The speakers who participated agreed that this instrument can become an essential tool for the development of the country's real economy and they highlighted its various tax advantages, both for givers and takers.

Last October 3 it was held the award giving ceremony of the “First Young Novel Literary Contest” held by the Aerolíneas Argentinas Foundation.
The panel of judges, comprised of Ernesto Sábato (Honorary Chairman), Vicente Muleiro, Vicente Battista and Mario Goloboff, was in charge of selecting the winners among more than one hundred and fifty originals. The First Prize was $15,000 and the publishing of the book and the Second Prize was $5,000. |
