We are working hard with the firm will to normalize the service as soon as possible.

For affected passengers we are applying the following commercial policy:

 

Exceptionally it will be allowed:

• To change dates free of charge, without fare difference or change fee, keeping the original route and cabin class, to fly until November 14, 2017. It also applies to Aerolíneas Plus award tickets.

• To use the ticket as credit for any route and date, within the year of the original date of issuance.

• 100% refund of the unused ticket, by managing it through the same original issuance channel. For tickets issued at aerolíneas.com through the following link http://www.aerolineas.com.ar/es-ar/reservas_servicios/devolucion
