Aerolíneas Argentinas was the most punctual airline in the region in November according to FlightStats, a recognized company in the commercial air industry for the accuracy of its measurements as well as for analyzing the results both in operation compliance and in punctuality of all the companies in the market.
Aerolíneas stands above its competitors in the region with 86.36% of flights on schedule and a regularity of 98.61% in the Major Airlines category.
Punctuality has been a very important work objective this year, where the company has become a leader in domestic flights throughout 2016 leading the ranking in the region in November. It is an attribute highly valued by the passenger, resulting from a joint effort of several business areas, which include the focus on internal processes for ongoing improvement and renegotiation of fleet contracts to ensure modern and efficient aircraft, among other initiatives.
For its part, Austral Líneas Aéreas was ranked first in the Regional Airlines category with 86.54% of flights on schedule above local companies in Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and the Caribbean.
