Aerolineas Argentinas informs that due to the strike taking place on December 19th, the airline is working to offer its clients the best alternatives to reschedule. We recommend that you consider choosing one of our following alternatives:
Rebook new date: You will be able to rebook you ticket on an available flight dated no later than 30 days after de original flight, free of charge.
Rerouting: you can book the next available flight, but no later than 30 days after the original flight. The only charge will be fare or miles difference, in case it applies.
New dates (more than 30 days): After 30 days of the original flight, all changes will be subject to fare regulation. (Miles difference and fee would appply to award tickets).
(In case you have been rescheduled free of charge, you must keep the original cabin class issued)
Refunds:
Refundable fare tickets: refund should be processed in the same point of sale. (WEB/Travel agency/Sales offices/Call center)
Cash refunds will not be processed in airports. In case of miles award tickets, they can be changed without fee.
Non-refundable tickets: in this case refund will be available only for cancelled flights or flights delayed for 6 hours or more.
(Award tickets will have refund without fee).
Flights that do not comply any of those conditions (cancelation or 6 hours delay) will not be refundable.
