Aerolineas Argentinas forecasts a load factor of 82% at Easter

During the long Holy Week holiday, Aerolineas Argentinas forecasts a load factor of 82% for the whole network and a traffic of around 199,000 passengers that will fly on our flag carrier, 18% more than last year.

As regards domestic flights, a passenger increase of 19% is expected, with Iguazu and Salta being the most chosen destinations.

Compared to last year, Iguazu went from 6674 passengers carried to 8135 bookings this year and Salta went from 5997 passengers carried to 7365 bookings in 2016. The other most popular destinations to fly to are Cordoba, Bariloche, Mendoza and Neuquen.

As for international flights, the United States is the country with the highest growth in bookings for the next holiday. Compared to 2015 an increase of 29% in bookings is estimated, with Miami being the most chosen destination.
