Information for Punta Cana passengers

Yesterday our Maintenance team detected a technical malfunction in the flight that had to depart from Punta Cana,

The technical problem, which has demanded more time than expected, is already solved. However, because of these delays, the crew reached its duty time limit.

The carrier is scheduling a new flight, the AR1325, with a new crew, with estimated departure time at 2:30 am local time, on October 5.

The company deeply apologizes for the delay and inconvenience caused, and is providing accommodation and assistance to all affected passengers.

The Aerolíneas Group apologizes once again for this incident.
