Communiqué regarding the ATE’s strike on June 10 and 11

Aerolineas Argentinas informs you that due to the strike announced for today and tomorrow by the Air Traffic Controllers grouped in the Association of State Workers (ATE), the flight schedule could be affected by delays and/or cancellations.

In view of this situation beyond the control of the company, we are taking actions to reduce the inconvenience this measure may cause.

Aerolineas Argentinas offers you the following options:

1. Reaccommodation onto the nearest available flight for free, within the first five (5) days.

2. If you want to change your booking to a later date within one month of the original flight date, or change destinations, you only have to pay the fare difference if applicable, with no penalty.

3. For changes after the original ticket date, the fare difference and penalty will be applied according to tariff regulations.

4. Refunds will be based on the rules applicable to the fare paid. If your ticket is refundable, you can process the refund through the original issuance channels. No cash refunds will be made at airports.

5. If tickets cannot be changed, the ticket will remain as credit for future issuances.

We invite you to know your flight status at http://www.aerolineas.com.ar/es-ar/reservas_servicios/estado_de_vuelo
