Aerolineas Argentinas presented yesterday to numerous tour operators and representatives of the industry, at the Pestana hotel in the city of Buenos Aires, its regular flight to the Brazilian city of Porto Seguro, in Bahia state. The first Aerolineas Argentinas flight between Buenos Aires and Porto Seguro departed on July 2 at 16:30 with arrival at 20.25, thus inaugurating the new route, which will have two weekly frequencies.
Porto Seguro is a very attractive destination for Argentine tourists who choose northern Brazil as an alternative to the larger resorts such as Rio de Janeiro or Florianópolis. In addition, the route will connect Buenos Aires with the great state of Bahia, thus expanding connectivity between the two countries.
It is important to note that Aerolineas Argentinas is the airline with more routes to and from Brazil. In addition, the company recently signed an extension of the codeshare agreement with Gol Linhas Aereas, which will allow to connect 45 destinations in both countries with an average of 160 weekly flights.
