Argentina Law Number 25.326 is a public type rule which regulates the activity of the database which registers information of a personal character with the purpose of guaranteeing people the control as regards the use of their personal data.
Aerolíneas Argentinas has registered its data base in the National Registry of Data Base, assuring the effective protection of the personal data of all the users.

Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions rule the use of the website aerolineas.com (el "Sitio"), where our company gives information about: proposals for private passengers and travel agencies, the company, products and services, Frequent Passenger Program, Freight and Frequent questions. Please read these Terms and Conditions with care, since the use of the website by you implies your absolute acceptance. If you want to make a comment about the website and/or have a suggestion, please address is to ventasonline@aerolineas.com.ar. Some services offered in the website, can also contain their own Terms and Conditions, that are specific to this service and additional to the current ones.
Likewise, regarding some services we have reached accords with other airlines that will operate the plane you will travel with. Flights operated in this manner will be ruled by the Transport Conditions of such air companies. You can find details of these Transport Conditions in the website page of the company that operates such flights, or else, obtain it directly from the flight operator company.
The access to the website is free, without having to register. However, it is necessary to register to make ticket purchases, enroll in the frequent passenger Program as well as in the Club Secretarias program and have a password to find out about the points obtained in the mentioned programs.
Use of Cookies
This site collects statistical information from the user by storing a "cookie" on the visitor's hard drive. Te aforementioned information does not and cannot in any way personally identify the user, i.e. it is totally anonymous. These cookies may allow the user a faster access to the site, as well as may provide Aerolineas Argentinas SA information for statistical purposes.
All data the user enters the site will be protected and treated with complete confidentiality and may only be revealed pursuant to an order of a competent authority.
The user of the site has the possibility to configure its browser to be notified on screen about the reception of "cookies" and to prevent the installation of cookies on its hard drive.
The User may, at any time, deactivate the use of cookies by modifying the browser settings (consult your browser instructions for this operation). Deactivation does not prevent viewing the pages of this site or interfere with browsing.
Steps to make a reservation
Step 1 - Flights
This step begins with the ticket booking process. Here the passenger begins their search by choosing the origin, destination, dates, class/cabin, and amount of passengers discriminated by age (Infant: up to 1 day before their 2nd birth date / children: from 2 to 1 day before their 12th birth date / adults: from 12 years of age).
According to the origin and destination of flights following options may be offered:
• A double entry table will be displayed on the right showing flights that operate on the selected date and on the row above the different fares and the applicable conditions and restrictions. The system will display the first flight with the cheapest rate for the chosen date. Different tabs with alternative dates (3 days before and 3 days after) will also be displayed on the top and include the lowest rate for each of them. If the request was for a return (there and back) this table will be displayed in the same way for the return leg.
• A list will be displayed with different flight options for one way with the lowest fare for each selection. If the display shows multiple results. At the bottom of the results there are pages that can be browsed. First options preselected will appears which you can be modified according to your convenience. Once the selection is made, you must click on 'Continue'. In the case of choosing "return dated", this process is repeated with the option “return“.
Step 2 - Check - Check your choise
This step will allow you to review the preliminary information of the selection made, to confirm that it has been carried out according to your wishes.
Here you will first see the final rate by the total number of selected passengers. On the next line, the breakdown by type of passenger by identifying price and taxes. It does not include the Administration Fee. This information is shown later in a yellow box.
It will also identify individually, the detail of each of the flights selected including origin and destination, dates, schedules, other airlines, possible stops, flight number, cabin selection (Business or economy) and type of aircraft.
In case of finding errors, passenger must start the booking process from scratch through the "New search" button at the top of the page.
Having accepted the selection, you can add your Aerolíneas Plus account number so that data is automatically added or press "Continue without registering". In the case that you have a membership number and the number is not accepted, you must go to "My Plus account” log on for the first time” and generate a new request, after 48 hours, it will be enabled to be used again.
Step 3 - Data
In this step personal data for each of the passengers is required.. The fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory obligatory.
Here you may also request special services (assistance for passengers deaf, blind or wheelchair need) and special dietary or religious meals.
Following you need to enter contact details including at least one phone number with area code and an email address.
Step 4 - Book
This step is a summary of the information of the management carried out so far.
Total price (does not include Administration fee).
Details of each of the flights.
Passenger information.
Fare conditions and restriction table.
Additional information for the booking, taxes not included in the above, airports/destination charges, possible additional requirements deadline for the reservation to be finalized.
To continue with the confirmation of the reservation, the passenger must click on the box in which establishes that they have read and accepted the conditions of the fare and the hand luggage.
Finally you must click 'Continue' to get the reservation code, the only proof that it has been processed correctly.
Step 5 - Confirmation
The reservation is displayed here. An email will automatically be generated to the advised e-mail, with the same information that is shown here. This information will remain in the system for up to 48 hours, after the date and time of the last leg of the journey recorded in the reservation. Then it will be cancelled from the system and goes into a permanent historical database, exclusive use of Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A.
The information includes the reservation code, for the same validity period, the final rate and its break down, data of the / confirmed flights and passenger data.
It also will show the online forms of payment made for the purchase of ticket. When making the booking on the Web page, the administration fee will be waived.
At the bottom of the screen you may request allocation of seats for those fares that allow pre-selection and the printing the contents of the same Itinerary.
Flying notes:
Likewise, with respect to some services we have made agreements with other airlines that will operate the plane in which you will travel. Those flights operated in this way will be ruled by the Conditions of Transportation of such air companies. You will be able to find details of this Conditions of Transportation in the website of the company which operates that flight, or obtain them directly from the company operating the flight.
The access to the Site is totally free and gratuitous, without being necessary to register. Nevertheless, it is necessary to register to make a purchase of tickets, to be associated in the program of frequent passengers as well as in the Secretaries Club Program and to have a keyword to consult the accumulated points in said programs.
All the content of the Site, including but not limiting texts, graphics, photographs, logotypes, trademarks, images, database as well as the graphic design, source code and software, are exclusive Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A property or of third parties, which rights Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. recognizes. They are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights protected by the national and international legislation.
It is strictly prohibited the use of all the elements object of intellectual and industrial property with any purpose, including its reproduction, copy, distribution, modification, alteration, totally or partially.
The user or visitor of the Site is obliged to use the Site according to this Terms and Conditions, in a diligent, correct and licit manner. All of this according to the moral and good manners. The user or visitor will answer for damages of all nature that Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. could suffer, directly or indirectly, as a consequence of the failure of any of the obligations derived from these Terms and Conditions, of the terms and conditions of any service in particular which is included in the Site or of the applicable law in relation to the use of the Site.
Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. reserves the right of interrupting, modifying , altering the content and/or access to the Site to its discretion, as well as excluding the user and/or its entered data, at any moment and without previous notice. It can be for technical, security, controlling or maintenance reasons, due to troubles in the electric supply or for any other cause.
Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. neither guarantees nor assumes any type of responsibility for damages suffered from the access to the Site on the part of third parties through connections, ties or links of the sites connected, nor due to those caused by links with other sites that the user or visitor could make from the Site. Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. will not be responsible for damages that because of a virus presence or other elements damaging in the contents of the Site either, which could produce alteration in the informatics systems as well as in the documents or systems stored in them.
In case of doubt or contradiction among the text in Spanish and the rest of the languages, the Spanish text shall prevail.
Every information or personal data that you provide, will be used according to Policy of Privacy.
The Terms and Conditions of the Site shall be governed and interpreted according to the Argentine Republic laws. The federal judges in civil and commercial matters of the City of Buenos Aires will be the courts exclusively competent to understand in all the legal controversies emerging from or related to the Site.
In case that any disposition of the Site which is null, invalid, inapplicable, inoperable or unopposed, no other disposition will be affected because of it. Consequently, the lacking dispositions will remain with fully validity.
Through the present you hereby put in records that you have been properly informed with respect to the finality for which your personal data have been joined and who the addressee could be, as well as the right you have of accessing to them, to petition their rectification and /or suppression. All of this according to what is stated in the National Law of the Argentine Republic No. 25326 (Protection of Personal Data) and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/01.
