expiration of miles
When do my Aerolineas Plus mies expire?
All your miles will expire and your account will have zero miles if you do not take a flight and accrue miles for three (3) consecutive years. Miles will not expire if an award ticket is issued with miles accrued for flying on Aerolineas, Austral or any other participating airline, and using valid fares.
Beneficiaries
can be a spouse,y siblings which have been designated by the member. The beneficiaries are designated in writing on the membership application or after becoming a member. In the case of minors, the miles can be used by the minor or by (direct) family members who should be designated beneficiaries and that can only be designated and authorized by either parents or guardians that manage the member’s account.
Companions
That person who without need of existence of familiar relationship travels with the holder with an award ticket granted by that holder in the same flights which booking and issuance of the ticket are made jointly with the one of the holder is called “Companion”.
To these effects, only one companion is admitted per flight. The cancellation of the booking of the holder will cancel the booking for the companion and only in the case the ticket fare regulation permit it, refund could be requested.
