INFORMATION TO INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS DEPARTING FROM AN AIRPORT LOCATED IN THE TERRITORY OF A MEMBER STATE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.

Should an Aerolineas Argentinas flight depart from an Airport located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union, the content of the Regulation issued by the European Union (directives and/or rules) may only apply to some parts of this General Conditions of Transport.

Based on the foregoing and under the EU Regulation, we inform that:

A) Passengers should be fully informed of their rights regarding assistance and economic compensation in the event of denied boarding, cancellation or long delays of flights, or, in any case, consult the legal information in any Carrier's Sales Office located in the EU, or at the check-in/passenger attention counters at the Airports. In such places, passengers may obtain the necessary information and the contact details of the Civil Aviation Body of each country tasked with enforcing the EU Regulation.

B) Aerolineas Argentinas has not established any limitation regarding the transport of people with reduced mobility on its flights, however; passengers must inform the Carrier if such were the case, when making the reservation.

C) Should Aerolineas Argentinas not be the operating carrier, this situation shall be informed to passengers, as well of the name of the carrier that will operate instead.
