Policy for issuing Aerolineas Plus tickets
All award tickets issued with Aerolineas Plus miles are subject to an Aerolineas Plus ticketing fee. The fee depends on the ticket's destination. The ticketing fee can be verified before having the ticket issued.

Use of Miles
The issuance of award tickets is subject to the correct reservation booking class being available and the total number of miles needed being in one’s account. The miles stated on the redemption chart are for Aerolineas Argentinas and Austral flights. The availability of seats is limited, depending on the destination. Once an award ticket is issued it is non-endorsable.

Promotional Class
Promotional Class award tickets are restrictive. Reservations must be made and tickets issued at least 48 hours (excluding Satuarday and Sunday) before the departure of the first flight.
When made on our web site reservations must be made and tickets issued at least 72 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before the departure of the first flight. Promotional Class award tickets are nonrefundable and must be issued round trip. If the award ticket is not used the miles will not be credited back to one’s account.

“Economy Class and Club Economy Class / Club Condor – Businss class”
Seats are subject to availability. Once a ticket is issued in one of these classes it is permitted to change travel dates and it is possible to get the miles credited back to an account. If a ticket is not used the miles will be credited back to one’s account provided the reservation is canceled before the departure of the first flight. Award tickets in any of these categories can be by flight; in other words, it is possible to to have one way ticket issued.
